Since this company has changed hands I've had problem after problem...One being their unreliability, they had not picked up my trash numerous times when my bill had been paid.Two they have messed up my billing on more than several occasions in their favor of course I had to dig out my bank statements in order for them to credit my account. Worthless Company.They recently bought out our local trash company, Town and Country and everything went downhill. In 2 months time we have been missed 5 or 6 times due to "truck mechanical failure" per WCA. Which is very odd since the last 5 years that we had our previous trash company, they had no issues with the same trucks. I have had two instances with this company now and they are severely lacking in all areas of service.1) I called and bought a trash can. I'm a new customer in the Spring area. I set up residential curb side pick up 4 weeks ago and they have not pickup on my scheduled service day in 4 weeks. I have to call complaining before they send a truck out.

I signed up for auto billing and still they took my can. ITS THEIR FAULT, THE GIRL EVEN TOLD ME BUT THEY WONT BRING ME A CAN UNTIL I GIVE THEM $50.
