WCA is a horrible company, do not use them!!! In a 6 week period they only picked up our trash twice, and that was "accidently done by their Kansas City trucks" My full trash bin sat at our curb for 3 weeks. My new trash service KC Disposal actually picked up the trash that WCA never picked up.

I have gone to another service. WCA has poor customer service, at best. Failure to pick up trash, failure to pick up trash on scheduled day, failure to pick up all trash. Customer service not helpful and seemed to give only excuses. Very disturbing to think customers would be treated in such a way.
