Off to a bad start
New customer. Was told to put trash bags out the night before pick-up.
Did that for 2 weeks. No trash can delivered yet. Animal got into the trash overnight. When I called for assistance I was told they don't know when a can will be delivered - somebody was out last week and apparently no one else is capable of delivering a trash can to someone who has already paid for its use 3 months in advance; they don't know where the truck is on its route this morning; they can't tell me when my trash will be picked up; they won't pick up the trash that has fallen out of the bags ripped open by animals overnight, after they told me to put the bags out there in the first place.
So, no help at all. Then I was transferred to the "office manager" which was an extension number 1519, not a person's name where I left a message and am waiting to hear back (but not holding my breath). This is unbelievably poor customer service - just unbelievable.
DO yourself a favor and read the reviews first. Stay far away!!!
