Wrong account number

I was given the wrong account number on my receipt when I started service. I then set up my account using the wrong number that I was given, and have been paying someone else's bill. The local office was notified last Monday, and still has done nothing

Find someone else

Trying to pay my bill. I havent received my bill to mail so I tried to use the pay online address I get an internal server error for every site with their name on it, and I've tried to call every number I have found it always says line is busy and my trash is stacking up, when I email it says not a real address.

Noise ordinance violations

Too bad you cant give negative stars for a review. This company is routinely caught on home surveillance violating the noise ordinance in Joplin, Missouri. And they are very blatant about, when contacted they get very rude with you and claim it is not a violation of law. However the chief of police and city waste liaison say they are I violation. Horrible company that doesn't care one iota about the communities it operates in.

In the last 3 months they have skipped 6 pickups! Every time you call they just pass it off for days and days like it’s a game! Trash over flowing and stacked up! They are thieves!!!

Billing

I have been calling Lebanon, Missouri office of WCA many times today. I probably have called 10 times all day. I am upset that I cannot just talk to someone. I just want to figure out that why they took my garbage bin and if it is because of no payment, I would like to pay for it.

Broken promises and commitments

Today is my 4th day calling WCA to have my bulk trash that should have been picked up 3 days ago picked. So many broken promises to pick up my bulk trash, its ridiculous. Ive expressed to WCA that I can be fined by my HOA for having the bulk trash out when it is not scheduled. Theyve assured me 3 times that the trash will be picked up that day. I have no confidence in WCA Waste.

Intentional skipped pickup as seen on my home camera. Driver looked and kept on driving away. He was driving on wrong side of street. I could go on. I complain but nobody cares and they lie that pick up will be next day which never comes. Drivers too big to fail and untouchable.

Missed pickup refusal to pickup garbage

WCA waste started service in our neighborhood in May this year. I inquired about a sticker issuance to customers and was told they do not use this system to identify if bill has been paid. This week they refused to pick up garbage if the stickers were not on the cans. Many neighbors have not received their sticker, mine was received without prior notification of a sticker issuance yesterday. They have refused to pick up and provide service to customers who have paid for their service. I find this unacceptable and would like to voice my complaint against this company.

Off to a bad start

New customer. Was told to put trash bags out the night before pick-up.

Did that for 2 weeks. No trash can delivered yet. Animal got into the trash overnight. When I called for assistance I was told they don't know when a can will be delivered - somebody was out last week and apparently no one else is capable of delivering a trash can to someone who has already paid for its use 3 months in advance; they don't know where the truck is on its route this morning; they can't tell me when my trash will be picked up; they won't pick up the trash that has fallen out of the bags ripped open by animals overnight, after they told me to put the bags out there in the first place.

So, no help at all. Then I was transferred to the "office manager" which was an extension number 1519, not a person's name where I left a message and am waiting to hear back (but not holding my breath). This is unbelievably poor customer service - just unbelievable.

DO yourself a favor and read the reviews first. Stay far away!!!

They Suck!

They suspended our trash pick-up service without warning. There was a mistake in payment method used and without prior notification trash service was suspended. When I called on it, the nightmare started. Their customer is really bad and their systems/processes are not user friendly. no wonder this happened. I tried to find another trash pickup service and only found one that I may could use but I was told they would get back with me in 48 hrs. I looked them up online and found they had really bad ratings. So here I am stuck with WCA , the nightmare of companies.

Bad service and communication.

My service has changed/declined since i first began using WCA. WCA bought out the company i was contracted with. Now, i have issues with auto monthly payment withdrawals, rate increase without prior notification, 2nd dumpster removal without prior knowledge & then given false reasons as to why. Finally being told it cost extra $5 monthly to have 2nd dumpster.
