I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH FOR WCA AND FWS TO PICK UP MY TRASH AND I HAVE CALLED EVERYDAY FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND I AM TOLD IT WILL BE TOMORROW AND TOMORROW NEVER COMES WE WERE TOLD WE COULD BRING IT UP TO THERE OFFICE AND DUMP IT FOR FREE IN THEIR DUMPSTER,NOW I ASK YOU IS THAT THE WAY TO TREAT 2 PEOPLE THAT ARE 74 YRS OLD THAT HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS FOR OVER 21 YRS WITH THE,M. WE HAVE TWO CONTAINERS BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT GET UP THE DRIVE IF IT SNOWS SO THEY PICK IT UP EVERY TWO WEEKS.
WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT HAVE THAT AND WOULD PICK UP ONE CONTAINER AND PICK UP EVERY WEEK.HELL I CAN NOT GET THEM TO PICK IT UP IN A MONTH.. IF THEY HAVE ALL THESE EMPLOYEES AFTER MERGING YOU WOULD THINK ONE COULD PICK UP OUR GARBAGE.I GUESS THESE PEOPLE FORGOT WHAT SERVICE IS

Terrible service
I've been a customer for years(Oklahoma) and It has been full of problems. I live in a rural area and don't have many options for trash pickup.
WCA actually bought out my previous provider and started doing my route without me signing up. Several times they have either missed my can or not completely dumped it. when you call customer service they take your information and say they will contact your local office and get it taken care of. That means they will send an email and not give a *** if anything gets done.
Rest assure it will not only get resolved, they will act like you are the bad guys for being upset when the service you are required to pay for 3 months in advance is not performed. I have personally witnessed their drivers dump trash all over the highway after knocking over someone's can. The driver looked around to see if anyone saw, then got back in his truck and drove off.
I had a neighbor who did not pay his bill and they repossessed his can(totally understandable). The problem was they dumped the trash out in his yard and drove off while it blew everywhere.

I live in Blue Springs, Mo, WCA is crap, like you, have Envirostar for years, excellent service and they missed a pickup, once, but, not long after I called about it, they sent a special pickup to get it, WCA, has missed me five times now, get the old, runaround when I call about it, going to switch to another service, I have had it.
