Refusal of pickup by driver

I take care of those guys. I leave for work. nine times out of 10. right is there picking up my garbage. never abused my service whatsoever if anything I. don't even use the toucan + yard trimmings what have you everything that I had was very easily squashed and broke down and the neighbor the next pick up my next door neighbor. there's was double my amount and yet the driver. I don't get it. yet. unacceptable and I guess because I was out there. I don't know. it kind of blows my mind as well as I take care of those guys every single time to come by they get three bottles of water or three Coca-Cola's and I didn't I wasn't disrespectful or rude to the driver whatsoever I told him okay have a good day and straight into make a phone call so other than I expect my trash to be picked up immediately we'll see what happens thank you for your service pissed consumer. Com unexpected greatly appreciated till then. checking speak to text for proper. usage what have you so cuz I got to get going. yet. I'm grateful for your service and whoever is reviewing this claim I think you for your time and have a great day bye bye.

spoke with Mitchell. Class Act. understanding. considerate. professional. said. worst case scenario. trash would be picked up in full no later than tomorrow. so we shall see.

For the past 3 weeks, they have not picked up my trash. It used to be Envirostar waste services, but since being taken over by WCA they have been horrible. I have since started trash service with another company. I don't expect to see any of my money refunded for service not rendered even though we have to pay in advance. I've called everyday and am told that they will pickup at the end of the day, 3 weeks of no pickup...everyday...my new trash company actually picked up the missed trash. If you are currently a customer of WCA, I'd suggest you find another company, seems like the same problems whether you are in Missouri, Texas or some other state based on the reviews i've read here. If I could give no stars I would, they don't even deserve a star for Christ sake.

I live in Blue Springs, Mo, WCA is crap, like you, have Envirostar for years, excellent service and they missed a pickup, once, but, not long after I called about it, they sent a special pickup to get it, WCA, has missed me five times now, get the old, runaround when I call about it, going to switch to another service, I have had it.

Their website said that there was no pickup on July 4th but I had my trash out anyway, their website said it would be picked up July 5th, I called and was told it would be picked up the 5th, I called the 8th and was told it was picked up the 4th, it was a clear LIE as several pickups in the neighborhood were not made, the lady I talked to in customer service got nasty with me, when this was Flynn's it was a fantastic company but all I have to say is that WCA is nothing but CRAP!!

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH FOR WCA AND FWS TO PICK UP MY TRASH AND I HAVE CALLED EVERYDAY FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND I AM TOLD IT WILL BE TOMORROW AND TOMORROW NEVER COMES WE WERE TOLD WE COULD BRING IT UP TO THERE OFFICE AND DUMP IT FOR FREE IN THEIR DUMPSTER,NOW I ASK YOU IS THAT THE WAY TO TREAT 2 PEOPLE THAT ARE 74 YRS OLD THAT HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS FOR OVER 21 YRS WITH THE,M. WE HAVE TWO CONTAINERS BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT GET UP THE DRIVE IF IT SNOWS SO THEY PICK IT UP EVERY TWO WEEKS.

I am having the same trouble since my trash company was bought out by WCA, it used to be Envirostar. Exact same problem, they've missed my trash for 3 weeks straight and I call everyday and get the same they will pickup by the end of day, never comes back to pickup trash.

I have since started service with another company.

WCA is horrible, anyone that is with them I would recommend you change to another company. I'm sure I will not see any refunds for services not rendered, and we have to pay in advance which is such BS.

This Company is a rip-off

I live in a rural area - they scatter trash everywhere on pickup and they charge $94 every 3 months which is $8.00 a pickup weekly !!!.....when i cancelled service they want me to pay $55 for them to pick up their on trash bin or they want me to bring it to them !!! which is 60 miles from where i live.....do not use this company!!!

Terrible service

I've been a customer for years(Oklahoma) and It has been full of problems. I live in a rural area and don't have many options for trash pickup.

WCA actually bought out my previous provider and started doing my route without me signing up. Several times they have either missed my can or not completely dumped it. when you call customer service they take your information and say they will contact your local office and get it taken care of. That means they will send an email and not give a *** if anything gets done.

Rest assure it will not only get resolved, they will act like you are the bad guys for being upset when the service you are required to pay for 3 months in advance is not performed. I have personally witnessed their drivers dump trash all over the highway after knocking over someone's can. The driver looked around to see if anyone saw, then got back in his truck and drove off.

I had a neighbor who did not pay his bill and they repossessed his can(totally understandable). The problem was they dumped the trash out in his yard and drove off while it blew everywhere.

Terrible company

Tried to get a smaller dumpster and was given the run around. They kept sending me a contract that I couldn't open and wouldn't mail or fax me anything. They wouldn't cancel when I asked them to cancel and overcharged me for over a month. The people I talked to were not so much rude as they would not help me get a smaller container and wouldn't cancel when requested. I dealt with the Springfield, Missouri company.

The whole company sucks, but their billing department sucks extra. I keep getting calls from the collections department saying I owe them from 5 months ago but when I call wca they say im paid for 2 more months. This happens all the time, all they say is "oh sorry, I don't know" its beyond ridiculous.

It has been 19 days since our trash was picked up. HELP!

We call nearly every day asking and pleading with the message machine asking that our home trash be picked up. My wife has spoken with an Ellen twice by return calls and she promised last week that it would be picked up within 24-48 hours and it has not happened. She has spoken with Stephanie, Susanne, Dominique and Stacy and all said it would be picked up. We have had snow storms lately but Western Waste, Phoenix, UPS, FedEx and everyone else has come by but it is clear that WCA has not come by due to the volume of WCA trashcans at the end of driveways overflowing with trash bags pilled on top. We paid our bill on 1/18/19 in full for our service that is not taking place. Can we please have our trash picked up more regularly?
