Will never buy from Amazon again. There large delivery service is awful and Amazon dropped the ball big time because it did not take care to give correct phone information after number was updated online and through a live phone call. I've now gone three weeks with my trash not picked up by WCA. They picked up everyone else's trash but mine. They had to try and not pick up my trash to miss it. I've lodged complaints but no action. They had to go past my house two separate times and twice decided to just simply not pick up my trash. Kansas City's 311 service is inept and powerless to do anything about my complaint. I've had Town and Country for 14 years with no issues. WCA took over business and everything went to ***. Trash was late being picked up or wasn't picked up at all. Then perhaps 3 weeks later they ran over my trash can. I didn't get an I'm sorry or anything. They left my trash can smashed on my driveway. They won't replace it, no discount, nothing. Absolutely the worst company to deal with ever!!! They will take your money, in my case $165, promise to pick up your trash and them leave it. They will not answer their phones and when emailing corprate i was told it would be handled. Yeah right. My trash is still sitting at the curb! My next move is to contact the better business bureau!! on october 10, WCA picked up my personal trash receptacle ($80) and threw it in the truck like garbage. I have video footage from the incident. I AM PAID IN ADVANCE FOR 2 MONTHS...THEY MISSED OUR STREET TWO WEEKS AGO AND NO EXCUSE AS TO WHY? WCA is a horrible company, do not use them!!! In a 6 week period they only picked up our trash twice, and that was "accidently done by their Kansas City trucks" My full trash bin sat at our curb for 3 weeks. My new trash service KC Disposal actually picked up the trash that WCA never picked up.

Lee's Summit area. Set up service in April with what was then Town & Country & was very pleased. New cans arrived & service was like clockwork. Got a letter saying T&C was bought out by WCA. Service has gone downhill dramatically. Guys leave cans in street after emptying, where they fall over & stay all day until we get home. My wife has been on the phone for two hours with an incompetent WCA employee. We set up an auto pay with debit card. Now we received a letter saying we need to call on the account.
