Lee's Summit area. Set up service in April with what was then Town & Country & was very pleased. New cans arrived & service was like clockwork. Got a letter saying T&C was bought out by WCA. Service has gone downhill dramatically. Guys leave cans in street after emptying, where they fall over & stay all day until we get home. My wife has been on the phone for two hours with an incompetent WCA employee. We set up an auto pay with debit card. Now we received a letter saying we need to call on the account. They changed their computer system and now everything has to be redone. The problem is the software system will not take our information. WATCH OUT!!! WCA's online eBill is ***. If you are doing a one-time payment, it has to be entered as a rounded dollar amount. So my bill is $56.01, well, their dumb website will not accept that amount, so I have to pay $57.00. I either lose my trash pick-up by not paying $.01 or I pay extra and lose $.99 - all because their web designer sucks? No, it's a scam. This must be corrected, seriously. We called to rent a dumpster, paid our fee and was promised it would be delivered on 9-5, it is now Wednesday and still no dumpster. We have tried calling the Mountain Grove office and we either get a ring no answer, put on hold for 15 minutes and get hung up on and when we do get into a recording they never call us back. Contacted WCA for a curbside pickup, which they said first would be billed to my current city utility bill, ten dollars for 3 items. I was told that they could pickup these 3 items on Tuesday. This company is terrible. They have not picked up trash for 2 weeks now but they sure want their money when the bill comes due. Cannot reach anyone by phone. Don't waste your time with this company.

They raised our rates from 55.50 every three months for pick up of trash once a week, to 67.50 for three months with pickup once a week. We are lucky if it gets picked up once a month. Getting real tired of this company fast, and we have no other choices to turn too! We had Wiley's then Town&Country no one else to turn too. They ran over my ladder when they showed up and were pissed because some debris wasn't fully packed inside their dumpster. I have fotos of the ladder. They have been incredibly rude, obnoxious and demeaning every time I have interacted with them

WCA was forced on us when they bought Town & Country. We never had a problem with T&C in the 13 years we have lived here. Now, there has been nothing but problems with WCA. First, they didn't convert any automatic payment data to the new company, so suddenly we started getting bills to pay them. Attempts to reach a human voice to straighten this out were futile. I just started service with WCA. At first, I was told that my address was not in an area they picked up. After being given the run around for almost 2 weeks, they finally said that they do pick up in my area. I made my payment- they took my money, and picked up the trash the following day..
